Terms of Service

By accessing or using RepairSplash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RepairSplash.

RepairSplash is a B2B SaaS tool designed for pool service companies. The platform helps pool professionals create and send repair recommendations to homeowners, collect approval responses, generate AI-assisted messages, track repair outcomes, and manage customer communications: all from a single interface.

To use RepairSplash, you must create an account using accurate and complete company information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

One RepairSplash account may be associated with one company. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits is prohibited.

RepairSplash is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Billing is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize RepairSplash to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

RepairSplash uses artificial intelligence to help generate repair recommendation messages and follow-up communications. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and requires review by the pool company before sending.

RepairSplash does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all messages before they are sent to your customers.

Pool companies are solely responsible for the accuracy of all repair estimates, descriptions, and recommendations created through RepairSplash. RepairSplash makes no representation about the quality, safety, or outcome of any pool repair work. Homeowner approvals collected through the platform do not constitute a binding contract between RepairSplash and any homeowner.

Pool companies using RepairSplash's SMS features are solely responsible for:

• Completing A2P 10DLC registration with their wireless carrier or Twilio where required.
• Obtaining proper written consent from homeowners before sending any commercial SMS messages.
• Complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and all other applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing electronic communications.
• Honoring opt-out requests promptly and maintaining an accurate suppression list.

RepairSplash provides the technology infrastructure for SMS delivery but is not responsible for a pool company's compliance with messaging laws.

You agree not to use RepairSplash to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or communications without proper consent.
• Harass, threaten, or deceive homeowners or other users.
• Transmit illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access data belonging to other companies.
• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.

RepairSplash reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepairSplash and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages: including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption: arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if RepairSplash has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

RepairSplash makes no guarantees regarding revenue outcomes, customer approval rates, or the results of any repair recommendation sent through the platform.
